CEDAM's annual Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Training is coming back in person this year! Join us August 9, 2022 at the Lansing Community College - West Campus or tune in virtually. This year we will:

    • Discuss the impacts of the recent amendments made to the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and how they will impact future rounds
    • Learn how to submit a strong LIHTC application through the current QAP
    • Hear from equity investors on the status of the equity market
    • Hear from MSHDA about new programs and opportunities to utilize resources allocated in the Building Michigan Together Plan
    • Have plenty of time to network with state agency leaders and others in the affordable housing field

    View the draft agenda!

The health and safety of our members, staff, and guests is our top priority. CEDAM has implemented health and well-being protocols for participants at all 2022 in person events. These protocols were developed based on U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance. CEDAM may adjust our health and well-being protocols as necessary.

For entrance into any in person event, each attendee must complete an online form attesting to the lack of COVID-19 symptoms as well as compliance with either being fully vaccinated and boosted OR a negative COVID-19 test result within 48 hours of the event. You will not need to supply vaccine records or test result documentation.

Thanks to our sponsors we are able to offer this training at a deeply discounted price.
