What is Destination: Vibrant Communities & Financial Empowerment Summit?

This year we've combined Destination: Vibrant Communities and the Michigan Financial Empowerment Summit into one, two-day conference! Join us for this event designed to inspire and equip practitioners and advocates with the community economic development and financial capability tools needed to positively transform your community. 

Our first day will provide attendees with longer sessions (Secrets of the Fundraising Universe and Metrics that Matter: Standardizing Financial Coaching Data to Better Track Program Outcomes) designed to give you more of the tools you need to implement these strategies when you return to your organization. 

The second day will include shorter sessions and cover topics such as: financial coaching, equity in community development, real estate development, inclusion of immigrant groups in your city, children's savings accounts and more. 

Learn best practices, innovative ideas and engage with peers while you choose the content that best suits your interests and organization's needs:
