CEDAM would like to invite you to a meeting of practitioners and advocates interested in consumer rights, fair lending and protections for consumers in the marketplace. Our members have reported to us the harmful effects that predatory practices, like payday lending, have on the communities they serve. We've decided it's time to convene a statewide conversation.

Our first meeting will focus on:

  • Identifying the consumer issues facing low and moderate income residents of Michigan
  • Analyzing the possible impacts of HB 5594 and developing a strategic response to the bill
  • Discussing methods for documenting predatory practices through consumer story collection
This site is the administrative back end for CEDAM's main website. It is not intended for public use. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.
