Connect & Share: Lunchtime Webinar Series

Close to 15% of Consumers Energy’s residential customer base are “income-qualified” to receive a variety of energy assistance options. Particularly during winter months with higher heating bills, many struggle to make ends meet.

How are the company and its lead partner agencies responding? And, what are we learning?

This webinar will cover:

  • The context of need within Consumers Energy’s Michigan service territory,
  • Traditional channels for seeking energy assistance,
  • A special company initiative called the CARE Program, helping customers afford and better manage costs; and
  • Energy efficiency for income-qualified customers, including:
    • EASE (Everyday Actions Save Energy), an online energy educational tool

Key provisions, eligibility criteria, and guidance for interested customers will be shared, concluding with time for your questions.

Please join this special opportunity!

Speaker: Whitney Skeans, Consumers Energy
