Connect & Share: Lunchtime Webinar Series

Going through foreclosure is devastating situation that more Michigan families have faced in the past several years than ever before. If your organization does any type of housing counseling or foreclosure prevention work, it is an understatement to think that recovering and rebuilding the life once known will have challenges. Michigan State University has put together a toolkit, Starting Over After Foreclosure, to address many of the intimidating issues faced by families in this position. Housing Counselors are also using this information to provide the next level of service to clients and remain an intricate part of the process to stability. Join us for this webinar where we will introduce the toolkit, describe underlying research that served as the foundation for the toolkit, and identify how it might fit into the services your organization provides.

Erica Tobe, Ph.D, Extension Specialist – Financial and Homeownership Education
