Alysha B. Warren, LMHC, has spent her career connecting individuals with tools and resources to transform their lives through her work at non-profits, universities and leadership development programs. Her commitment to the field of sexual violence and trauma spans 20 years. The strategies she teaches in groups and workshops are under-girded by her background in counseling and psychology and her work as a therapist. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts.

Revolutionary Self-Care offers holistic ways of recharging physically, spiritually and emotionally to stay present and connected. This workshop explores ways to cultivate self-compassion and build holistic self-care practices in the context of collective trauma and a global pandemic. Participants will learn ways to build sustainable self-care practices through ritual, creativity, mindfulness, gratitude and self-compassion.

In this workshop we will increase knowledge of relationship between trauma and the ability to practice self-care amid a pandemic, racial injustice and times of uncertainty, as well as increase knowledge of holistic tools and strategies to build sustainable self-care practices that utilize ritual, creativity, gratitude and self-compassion.  Sign up today for this transformative workshop.
