Over the course of two hours, you will learn what conflict is and is not, how to identify what type of conflict you are having, and identify your own conflict resolution style. We will then apply this knowledge to your own experience, before taking a deep dive into the underlying causes of conflict and learning a structured model to help you resolve conflicts when they arise. Participants will have the opportunity to share their own stories and apply new insights to past behaviors.

Stefani Goerlich is a Licensed Master Social Worker, award winning author, and court-qualified mediator who writes, speaks, and consults on topics related to conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, leadership, and relationships around the country. A frequent media presence, Stefani has served as a subject matter expert for The New Yorker, The Washington Post, and Teen Vogue to name but a few. She is the founder of Bound Together Counseling, where she provides cognitive behavioral, sex, and relationships therapy to members of GSRD (Gender, Sexuality and Relationship Differences) communities in Michigan and Ohio.
